This one is the first story in a series, which I wholeheartedly recommend, but right now is over 220k, and growing, so first story in the serie would be enough... for now

I'd like to nominate Little Things (http://archiveofourown.org/works/448599/chapters/768344) by Sherlocksgown(bradspyjamas) not only has she created a consensual version of the A/B//O world the whole story is written in 221Bs making it stylistically interesting. I should add that this is mpreg with omega!john and that she is aware I've nominated her story.
